Terms and Conditions

At Prime Car Mat, we take pride in manufacturing high-quality car floor mats and seat covers using top-grade automotive carpet, rubber, and fabric. Our skilled machinists ensure each product is made to the highest standards, with thorough quality checks throughout the production process and a final inspection before packaging.

In accordance with our standard terms and conditions, we accept returns for non-customized products, such as a set of black car mats with black trim. However, we do not accept returns for bespoke products, which are made to your specifications (including color). This includes products with embroidery or unique colored or patterned trims, unless they are incorrect, faulty, or damaged upon arrival.

Returns of Non-Customized Products and Products with Colored or Patterned Trims

To request a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details. We may ask for an image of any issues with the products before processing a return or refund. Non-customized products are those available by default on our website, e.g., Black Carpet with Black Trim.

Unless the return is due to our error, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using recorded delivery as we are not responsible for products lost in transit. Include your order number, name, contact details, vehicle make, model, year, and the reason for the return in your parcel.

If the return is not due to our fault, you will be refunded the product amount and original delivery cost, minus a handling fee, once we receive the item. For exchanges to a different model or year, a handling fee for the new product and shipping will apply, and you must also return the original product at your expense.

All returned products must be unused and undamaged. Inspections will be conducted upon receipt, and if the product is damaged or used, no refund will be issued.

Return of Bespoke Products

Bespoke products, such as those with custom embroidery or colored trim, cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault or a breach of contract. Exchanges for incorrect car make/model or year are not permitted. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, there is no general right to return bespoke products unless we are at fault.

Refunds

Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed to your debit/credit card or PayPal account from the date we receive your returned products. If returning products due to issues, provide photographic evidence of the alleged issues at the time of reporting. Refunds will not be processed until we receive the photographic evidence.

Cancellations

To cancel or change an order for non-bespoke products, contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You can email support@primecarmat.co.uk, but we cannot guarantee email responses before the order is processed.

We will attempt to cancel or change your order before manufacturing, but this is not always possible. If the order has been manufactured, a reasonable restocking fee may apply to cover incurred costs. Orders for bespoke products cannot be canceled.
