- Vehicle Compatibility: It is crucial to verify that your vehicle matches the product specifications before placing your order. Our products are designed for specific Right Hand Drive vehicles and may vary by model year. If your vehicle is from a transitional model year, please confirm its details with a garage to determine the correct fit.
Lifetime Guarantee
- Prestige Carpet Guarantee: In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a lifetime guarantee for our Prestige Carpet mats. We guarantee that the carpet will remain durable throughout your ownership of the vehicle and will not wear through under normal use. If you need a replacement, we will provide it for free, but you must cover a shipping and handling fee of £9.99.
- Claiming Replacements: To claim your free replacement, please provide the following details along with your personal information:
- Original order confirmation
- Order number and date
- Photos of the mat showing the wear
- A detailed description of the reason for your claim We require this information to improve our manufacturing process and product design.
- Exclusions: Our guarantee does not cover:
- Rubber, PVC, or any heel pad not made from the same material as the base carpet
- Misuse or deliberate damage
- Failure of retaining clips (we will provide replacements if necessary)
- General wear marks, unless the material itself fails Claims will be processed promptly and without unnecessary complications. Refunds are not provided under this guarantee.

Your Rights to Make Changes
- If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will inform you if the changes can be made and any potential impacts on the product’s price, delivery schedule, or other relevant aspects. - Minor Changes: We may make minor adjustments to the products to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, or to implement technical improvements. These changes will not affect your use of the product.
Providing the Products
- Delivery Costs: The delivery costs will be displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Customers purchasing from our website agree to pay any VAT and customs charges applicable in their country, as MKR Assets Ltd and its brands do not cover these fees. Products refused at customs due to unpaid charges will not be refunded, and additional charges may apply for reshipping.
- Delivery Timing: We will provide an estimated delivery date during the order process. We strive to meet these timelines but are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
- If You Are Not Home: If no one is available to receive the delivery and the product cannot be left safely, we will provide instructions for rearranging delivery or collection from a local depot.
- Failure to Rearrange Delivery: If you do not collect the product or rearrange delivery, we may charge for storage and additional delivery costs. Continued failure to arrange delivery may result in the termination of the contract.
- Responsibility for Products: You become responsible for the product once it is delivered to the provided address or collected from a depot. Ownership of the product transfers to you upon receipt of full payment.
- Providing Necessary Information: We may require certain information from you to supply the products. If this information is not provided in a reasonable time, we may end the contract or charge additional fees for the extra work involved. We are not liable for delays or incomplete supply caused by insufficient information from you.
Your Rights to End the Contract
- Ending the Contract: You can always end your contract with us. Your rights will depend on the product you bought, any issues with it, how we are performing, and when you decide to end the contract:
- Faulty or Misdescribed Products: If your product is faulty or not as described, you may have a legal right to end the contract, get a repair or replacement, or receive a full or partial refund.
- Our Actions or Announcements: If you are ending the contract due to something we have done or announced, see the details below.
- Changing Your Mind: If you change your mind about a product, you may be eligible for a refund if you are within the cooling-off period. However, this does not apply to bespoke products.
- Other Cases: If we are not at fault and you do not have a right to change your mind, see the details provided below.
- Ending the Contract Due to Our Actions: If you end the contract for any of the following reasons, it will end immediately, and you will be refunded for any products not provided. You may also be entitled to compensation:
- We informed you of an upcoming change to the product or these terms that you do not agree with.
- We notified you of an error in the price or description of the product, and you do not wish to proceed.
- There is a significant delay in the supply of the products due to events beyond our control.
- You have a legal right to end the contract due to something we did wrong.
- Changing Your Mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013): Most products bought online give you the legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. These rights are explained in more detail under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- When You Can’t Change Your Mind: You do not have the right to change your mind for products listed as non-returnable on our website and bespoke products.
- Time Frame to Change Your Mind: For non-bespoke products, you have 14 days from the day you or your nominee receives the products to change your mind. If your order includes multiple deliveries, the period ends 14 days after the last delivery. For bespoke products, cancellations or returns are not permitted.
- Ending the Contract Without Fault or Right to Change Your Mind: If we are not at fault and you do not have a right to change your mind, you can still end the contract before it is completed, but you may need to pay compensation. A contract is completed when the product is delivered and paid for. To end the contract, contact us. We will refund any sums paid for products not provided, minus a reasonable handling fee.
How to End the Contract with Us
- Contact Us: To end the contract, email us at support@primecarmat.co.uk with your name, home address, order details, and, if available, your phone number and email address.
- Returning Products: If you end the contract after products have been dispatched or received, you must return them to us. Returns must comply with our Returns Policy. Send the products to Prime Car Mat, ——-. If you are exercising your right to change your mind, send the products within 14 days of notifying us.
- Return Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All returns must be unused and undamaged. If the product is damaged or used, a refund will not be issued.
- Free Gifts: If your returned product included a free gift, you must also return the gift. If the free gift is not returned, we will charge you the retail price of the gift or deduct it from your refund. This also applies if you exchange a product and the new item is of lesser value.
- Return Costs: We will cover the return costs if:
- The products are faulty or misdescribed.
- You are ending the contract due to a change we informed you of, a pricing or description error, a delay due to events beyond our control, or something we did wrong. In all other cases, including when changing your mind, you must cover the return costs.
- Refund Process: We will refund you the price paid for the products, including delivery costs, using your original payment method. However, deductions may apply:
- If the product value is reduced due to handling that would not be permitted in a shop, we may reduce your refund accordingly.
- The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the least expensive delivery option available.
- Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed as soon as possible:
- If you are changing your mind, the refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product or, if earlier, proof that you sent the product back.
- In other cases, the refund will be made within 14 days of your notification to us about changing your mind.
Our Rights to End the Contract

We may end the contract if you breach it. We can terminate the contract for a product at any time by notifying you in writing if:
- You fail to make a payment when it is due and still do not pay within 7 days of our reminder.
- You do not provide necessary information within a reasonable time after our request.
- You do not allow us to deliver the products within a reasonable time.
- Compensation for Breach of Contract
If we end the contract under the circumstances outlined above, we will refund any money you have paid in advance for products not provided. However, we may deduct reasonable compensation for the costs incurred due to the breach.

- Returning Rejected Products

Price and Payment
- Product Pricing
The price of the product (including VAT) will be displayed on the order pages when you place your order. We take care to ensure the price is correct. However, see below for what happens if we discover an error in the price.
- VAT Changes
If VAT rates change between your order date and the supply date, we will adjust the VAT rate unless you have already paid in full before the change takes effect.
- Pricing Errors
Despite our efforts, some products may be incorrectly priced. We check prices before accepting orders. If the correct price is less than stated, we charge the lower amount. If higher, we will contact you for instructions before accepting the order. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may end the contract, refund any payments, and require the return of any provided goods.
- Payment Methods
We accept various credit and debit cards and PayPal. You must pay for products before dispatch. We will charge your card only upon dispatch.
- Late Payment Interest
If you do not pay on time, we may charge interest on the overdue amount at 4% above the Bank of England base rate. Interest accrues daily from the due date until payment. You must pay the interest along with the overdue amount.
- Disputed Invoices
If you believe an invoice is incorrect, contact us promptly. You will not have to pay interest until the dispute is resolved. Once resolved, we will charge interest on correctly invoiced sums from the original due date.
- Special Offer Codes
Special offer codes are non-transferable and may be withdrawn without notice. They cannot be used with any other offer.
Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage
- Foreseeable Loss and Damage
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss or damage.
- Unlawful Exclusions
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for breach of your legal rights, or for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
