All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partner for delivery.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


2. Delivery Time

After dispatch, your order will be delivered within 5–7 business days.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier operations.

We always aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

4. Shipping Areas

We currently ship across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your parcel.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

We may require photos of the damaged package for verification purposes.
